Last night we went to a vigil in Arlington in response to a couple of the recent hate crimes.

I didn't know that was happening. I'm glad it did; I'm glad that people came. I don't know the people in Arlington personally, but that doesn't stop it from feeling very close to home for me, both geographically and emotionally.
