We're supposed to be filling out our self-evaluations this week. So, really, this is just too apropros...



(Seriously, have any of you ever been asked to put "business objectives" on your annual evals? Double you tee eff?)

I have to put career objectives. Usually I can manage to think of something, but it's always a struggle!

Well, most of the time business objectives go on your beginning of the year statement of objectives, and then that serves as the basis of the year end eval. But I work for large HR'd out the wazoo firms.
