Long shot question - making costuming jewelry

Not "costume" jewelry - I want to replicate a specific (and very complex) piece of jewelry from a character for a costume. The replica can be made out of any materials that will look right, and I'm willing to pay for the work.

Do we know anyone who can do this sort of thing? ETA: here's an image of the thing: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xBRXfV2wH10/TZCe4n6Cp2I/AAAAAAAAFPs/PMVdlgHtggc/s1600/Isabela.png
It's Isabella from Dragon Age Origins - the necklace is sort of a signature piece.

I know that [livejournal.com profile] sihaya09 makes jewelry. You can probably ask her.

I haven't got a suggestion of a person, but I suspect the composition of the piece will make a big difference in terms of who could recreate it. Any reason not to post a link to a pic of the piece?

My acquaintance [livejournal.com profile] gothtique makes jewelry and teaches other people to make jewelry. She lives in Salem, which should be reasonably convenient to Burlington.

While I really like DA, my other half is totally into it. (She just hosted a Dragon Age meet up in NYC last weekend.) Here's what she could dig up quickly:
This is a tutorial: http://subitoallegra.tumblr.com/post/12301876040/how-to-make-isabelas-necklaces-fenris-eyes-not

Here's someone else who did the necklace in three parts: http://www.cosplay.com/gallery/209704/
By the way, that's Isabella's look in DA2, not DA:O ^.^ Either way, she rocks!
