There was one guy up front that was being difficult and he got him to settle and the people around him to relax, and he paid extra attention to them and thanked them for their willingness to focus on having a good time. He did eventually get security to squelch the guy.
There was when a medical incident happened and other stuff and each time Ronan looked at the crowd and said "Eyes up here people!" and let the staff do their jobs.
He enforced his no camera in other people's faces and asked everyone to police their neighbor, and they did. He encouraged people to live these moments and experience their memories as they happen "because when you watch that video later I guarantee you it will not feel the same as right now."
