Instant pot is OK, but limited. It doesn't scratch the same itch.
For years a lot of my problem with cooking has been that cooking is a creative activity for me. When I'm hungry, I want to eat, not create. We do use the hot pot, but it's not enough for this situation.

Thank you for the encouragement and for being on the team. I know they're not stupid but I'm not sure I can convince enough other people of that. Also I expect brainstorms to produce lots of stupid ideas, which we can then sift out of the good ones.
