Long shot question - making costuming jewelry

Not "costume" jewelry - I want to replicate a specific (and very complex) piece of jewelry from a character for a costume. The replica can be made out of any materials that will look right, and I'm willing to pay for the work.

It's Isabella from Dragon Age Origins - the necklace is sort of a signature piece.

My acquaintance gothtique makes jewelry and teaches other people to make jewelry. She lives in Salem, which should be reasonably convenient to Burlington.

I highly doubt that making jewelry is going to cover this. I'm trending toward some kind of paste/clay thinking. But maybe not.
