Long shot question - making costuming jewelry

Not "costume" jewelry - I want to replicate a specific (and very complex) piece of jewelry from a character for a costume. The replica can be made out of any materials that will look right, and I'm willing to pay for the work.

Do we know anyone who can do this sort of thing? ETA: here's an image of the thing: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xBRXfV2wH10/TZCe4n6Cp2I/AAAAAAAAFPs/PMVdlgHtggc/s1600/Isabela.png
It's Isabella from Dragon Age Origins - the necklace is sort of a signature piece.

Oh, I understand that. Can't really do that much myself I'm always amazed by what costumers/cosplayers put together. I'll let you know if [livejournal.com profile] autumnyte comes up with anything else, although right now Mass Effect is draining all her time & abilities. Those links were just her quickly digging in her references -- she's pretty active in the DA community, so may uncover some more. Any specific timeline on this?
