Yeah, as mentioned elsewhere I've stopped reading the comics some time ago. I was only vaguely aware there was a Civil War comics thing and not at all about its content. I just think from a plot/storytelling perspective it would've been way better to excise both Spidey and Ant Man, not least of all because their character interactions are meaningless in the movie's context.
