If you ever feel like you've been making poor life choices lately, feel free to (re)read this summary, from the opening of a recent Supreme Court case:

Cuero, on parole, driving under the influence of methamphetamine and without a license, while carrying a gun, drove his car into and seriously injured a pedestrian.

Keeps it in perspective, sort of.

So the fact that I'm not being great yet about self care, exercise and diet it not HUGE poor life choices. Perspective is important. :)
