There he goes being all arty and stuff

Sometimes I play around with my camera and get something unexpected out. I wish I could remember the particular combination of settings that got me this, because I rather like it. ETA: f/4.8 for 1/3sec at ISO 1600. Thanks to folk for pointing out the obvious to me in comments.
