Buzzfeed posted its principles and the guidelines it is using to try and build a more diverse editorial staff. Their numbers show a near 50/50 balance in men/women (*) but reveal that the staff is still overwhelmingly white.
(*) Yep, still gender binary. They list an "other" category for "race" but not gender.
