Status Updatus

drwexI'm still home sick. I could've gone in to work today if it had been important. But, meh. Sick.
This is the second weekend this winter that illness has blown all my plans to... um, well, SNOT. And phlegm. I'm going to elide the really gross descriptive parts - let's just say my body is capable of producing a lot of icky stuff when provoked.
This sucks. Leave it to me to be sick over a holiday weekend.
LJ reading has been not so much and if I've made more stupid comments than usual please permit me to blame the various head-bobbling meds I'm trying in an effort not to cough my lungs out. At least I have a voice again. Lost that sometime Saturday afternoon which made being sick even less amusing than usual. Finally managed a real night's sleep last night. One more should enable me to kick this. So, clearly, no Diesel for me this week.
