What I did and didn't do this weekend

- skipped party with small children due to self and Pygment being sick. Infecting your friends' kids is a Bozo No-No.
- went to birthday party for friends, in the rainstorm, because I had promised to show up and she really needed friends. Was careful not to spread germs.
- had awesome and slightly scary cake at said party.
- hung out with MizA and her 'mates, mostly photographing her neat new crafty stuffs. Failed to have cocoa and the weather was far too miserable for our planned ice cream outing.
- forgot to bring her at least one new tin and left my flannel there
- had a minor panic attack when my main gaming PC failed to boot again. It's probably a bad disk; strangely it seems to work fine once it has booted. Talked to MikeF about getting some personalized attention because I don't want to leave the thing at a PC repair place for 2-3 days.
- made sure Mozy @ home was up to date; all data files on said PC are backed up to Mozy every night.
- did some laundry and some dishes. Even managed to wash the pots that I'd promised to wash and that had been guiltily staring at me from the sink ever since.
- failed to make progress on doing taxes.
- failed to sleep enough, even though Pygment was awesome and let me sleep in Sunday AM.

Overall the weekend didn't suck as much as it could have, but the week's starting off on a bad note. Hope yours is better, or at least improves!
