This was put together in part by a cow orker of mine, along with a bunch of other geeks and hackers. Those of you who are as old as I am may recognize this as the distant great-grandchild of the old X windows application called "xearth". No RSS feed, but you can friend the account and get updates in your flist as they're posted.
