The forgiveness post

drwexProps to dpolicar for doing his and thereby making me face up to being afraid of doing mine. So, in the realm of doing what scares me:
It is traditional in this period of the year for Jews to ask people whom they have offended for forgiveness and to make amends if at all possible. If I've offended you then I'm sorry and I hope you'll tell me about it and give me a chance to fix things at some point.
In past years people have also offered general suggestions and advice for improvement, which I have appreciated.
