Felix Salmon has a hilarious (if long) piece up excoriating the Second Circuit for its abominable performance in Elliott vs Argentina. He calls them "poltroons", a word I haven't heard used in a blog approximately ever, and calls Argentina "contumacious" - both accurate descriptives.
He also calls them ignoble and a lot of other funny erudite things. Worth the read: http://blogs.reuters.com/felix-salmon/2013/09/10/annals-of-ignoble-cowardice-second-circuit-edition/
