When financial blogging gets funny (and erudite)

Felix Salmon has a hilarious (if long) piece up excoriating the Second Circuit for its abominable performance in Elliott vs Argentina. He calls them "poltroons", a word I haven't heard used in a blog approximately ever, and calls Argentina "contumacious" - both accurate descriptives.

Neat. Also, since I have seen it in type about that often, from phonetics I thought it was 'paltroon'. So, "yay, correction"

I think I picked it up from Shakespeare. My memory says Henry V but the Internets refuse to confirm or deny.

Clearly something is wrong, because given people being right on the interwebs, you should be able to find both confirmation and denial aplenty... :-P
