Devil's Panties, publishes daily and most weekends
User Friendly, publishes 7 days/wk
Piled Higher and Deeper, publishes 2-3/wk
Sinfest, publishes weekdays
Looking for Group, publishes M, Th
Punch an' Pie, publishes roughly M, W, F
PartiallyClips, publishes whenever the hell he feels like it
Savage Chickens, publishes daily
PvPonline, publishes daily

I also read a couple of "conventional" (newspaperish) comics that are syndicated online, primarily Dilbert, Boondocks, and Doonesbury. All of those tend to appear daily, though Boondocks has been in reruns a lot.
