I read Slate and WaPo's commentary to try and understand the majority opinion. It seems it turns on "the rights of people who come together as a corporation do not disappear at the point of incorporation". That kinda makes my head hurt, probably from lack of thinking about it. (Can the One Percent just cut to the chase and join the Church of Money, which has a fundamental tenet of not paying taxes?)
Naively, this seems to me that we just (ha ha, "just") need to repeal RFRA and steam straight ahead for universal contraception coverage. I know, I know, universal health care.
Does RomneyCare in MA provide for contraception? My understanding is No, but I wouldn't know. It'd be fascinating to have MA take the lead on that.
