And I couldn't agree more. It's not simple. I understand both sides. It is sometimes hard to *really* get both side's fears and I may have more insight than many--not about this exact circumstance, but my life experiences help me really identify with both sides. This type of situation will occur again and again. Resolving it won't always be simple. It helps if everyone knows that.
