I think Finn is too "young" for Rey, in much the same way that Luke was too young for Leia, and i am hoping for a Finn-Rey-Poe love triangle to rival the Luke-Leia-Han love triangle in the earlier movies.
BTW, Oscar isaac (the actor who plays Poe) is also a POC (Latino), although I don't believe that the race of either man is considered significant in the story itself, so i can't say for sure that Poe is a POC, if that makes any sense.
