How to do a whole lot and nothing

We spent the weekend hiding in the AC. Pygment went out for a couple of very brief shopping runs and we had gamers over on Sunday.

Otherwise we did laundry (5 loads), dishes (2 loads), and cleaned a lot of floors, counters, children, and crap-that-had-been-hanging-out. It's amazing how fast four people can get things messy. This is our life, revel in the excitement.

The really bad part of the weekend was that somehow I managed to throw my back completely out, to the point where I ended up taking Flexoril on Sunday because large doses of NSAIDS weren't touching the pain. As of now I'm feeling better, but still taking the regular pain pills. The Flexoril makes me sleepy and a bit loopy so none of that at work.

Yeah, our life was equally exciting, minus a trip to see "The Dark Knight" on Friday night on the way home from work--It was really excellent and was refreshing to see a movie that was really 2.5 hours long.

Spent the rest of the weekend hiding in the A/C because the "Check Engine", "Brake" and "ABS" light all came on in the car...so we didn't think it was wise to take the car very far.

And I'm feeling very groggy from taking sleep meds too late last night.
