Advise me

This seems like a good meme and my friends often have good advice - which I sometimes cheerfully or cluelessly ignore. You are invited to give me advice or suggest resolutions for this year (I haven't made any yet). I make no promises other than I'll read carefully what's written.

Anonymity is available, comments are not screened. If you'd like a piece of advice in return I'll try to provide that. In fact, I may do it anyway.

I more or less agree with the immediate previous commenter. But I know all too well that "deliberately trying to relax" is an exercise in frustration for some of us.

In the realm of general advice, keep up the great job you are doing with your sons. And it's *OK* that they annoy you!
