I dunno, my vote goes with Ukranian. (http://www.viktorkee.com/ParisTV-2000Web.mov) 5 balls is for those who can't manage 9 or even 7. Regrettably, 9 isn't in the video, but there's a picture of him doing 9 on his website.
(And for the record, I'm only barely capable of doing 10 throws of 5 balls. 15 if I'm really lucky.)

hm.... i think jason garfield is missing the point. the reason why my jaw dropped at bliss's performance was not his stellar juggling (though 4 minutes with 3 balls and no resting/stopping is pretty impressive) -- it was the *timing*. bliss was timing his throws so that they accompanied the music perfectly. and garfield, in his hubris, decided that more had to be better, and was not nearly so jaw-dropping. not impressed, say i.

the ukranian, while physically very impressive, didn't so much give a juggling performance as an acrobatic performance with bits of juggling interspersed.
