like di.fm, soma.fm or Radio Paradise - basically any small, non-commercial or listener-supported digital medium - then you probably ought to care about this. Basically the US Copyright Board has set license fees in such a way that they will exceed 100% of revenues for such stations, effectively putting them out of business and clearing the way for mass-market big conglomerate radio to move in.
