Raid Leader: That's GEDDON!!

Puller: I didn't see him.

Raid Leader: How could you NOT SEE a THREE STORY TALL fire elemental??

Raid member 1: Ow! That's 2863 fire damage on my face.

Raid member 2: Yeah, you should wipe that off.



I was highly tempted to yell "fifty DKP minus" but I was laughing too hard and the RL was pretty upset. Oh well.

That is one of my top three complaints about the CoH/CoV UI. I f'ing HATE how it locks the cursor into the chatline. It's such an easy fix, too.

Yeah, it can be a pain. I guess I've just gotten used to it.

If you haven't played it in a long time, they have made many improvements to the game. I like the fact that the developers post directly to the forums and there have been many, many changes that were made as a result of player suggestions.

I got a few characters up to high levels in CoV before I tried CoH, and the layout of CoH just seemed horrible to me. The mission/contact locations were a MESS. Much worse than CoV. They say that they are going back and revamping CoH in the next issue. Meh, I'll stick with being "evil" for now. :)

I've yet to try Warcraft. I've seen it in action and it just didn't draw me in for some reason. I still may get into it some day. I think I'll probably have a crack at Guild Wars too sometime. It looks to be pretty interesting.

I have to keep my MMO's in check however, to keep myself from becoming a button mashing slug.

I try to keep my addiction to one at a time. I play CoH once or twice a week, usually when the WoW servers are down for maintenance.
