drwex | Sick, not in the spirit

Normally I'm not a big costume person but I enjoy Halloween and do at least a little something. This year I'm completely not into it. No costume, no interest in costume parties. I enjoyed making the mask with K but that absorbed what little costuming energy I had. Lack of sleep and low-grade cold (or remarkably persistent allergies) are contributing. I just want to go back to bed.

In job-hunting news, kissing frogs isn't a whole lot of fun. The people I want to get back in touch with me haven't. The ones I've talked to haven't, either, which makes me certain I've blown it.

I hope people have good times. I'm punting on anything social for at least the next two nights and hoping I'm not infectious-feeling Friday so I can try to go out then.
