They're not Jonathan Coulton, but I have this sense that many of you JC fans will enjoy the whacked-out lyrics and vaguely disturbing video. If you like this one, there are several more Mountain Goats tunes for watching in the "Related Videos" section. This one is my favorite though.

Mike Snow (who I feel like I've talked about here before) also isn't one-guy-with-a-guitar but give this track a listen and see if it doesn't move you in some of the same ways. Snow also has a bunch of tracks up for listening on RCRD_LBL. You can find five mixes of this track (Animal) though again this is my favorite.
