Need someone with specific library access

I'm trying to get ahold of a specific issue of the journal Genetics in Medicine: http://journals.lww.com/geneticsinmedicine/toc/2010/04001 (it's a special issue on gene patents)

I've already confirmed that the BPL doesn't have this journal. They say Tufts University's Hirsh Health Science Library and Massachusetts General Hospital Treadwell Library have it but they can't ILL an entire issue. If there was a specific article I wanted they could probably get me a copy, but without actually skimming the issue I don't know if what I want is there.

Is there anyone on my intarwebs readerlist who has borrowing privileges at either of these libraries and wouldn't mind doing me a favor?
