Birthday wishes

drwexMizA reminded me about birthdays and presents. Mine is coming up, and I have a couple wishes.
One is that I have enough "stuff" at the moment. There are a few specific things I want but they're kind of annoying and picky. So I don't want stuff.
What I would really like is if people would do something to increase happiness, and then tell me about it. Write about something you did that increased your own happiness, or tell me something you did that increased someone else's happiness.
That said, some people like presents that are about money. If you have money and for you a good present involves money, I would like it if you donated to MSF/Doctors Without Borders. Whatever amount you think is appropriate is fine. Mentioning my name, or telling me you did it, are both optional.
Finally, I am likely next year to break my decade-long habit of not throwing myself a birthday party. If you would like to be invited to that thing around this time in 2012, and I don't already invite you to my parties, please send me an email address at which you'd like to receive this invite.
