Do you know what it's like to know something is and not be able to define it or name it or even shape it, but just have this nagging certainty that there is this thing - it must exist. Seems like a variation on Ugol's Law.

Yes, exactly. I was originally going to call it that, but Ugol's Law is generally associated with kinks or unusual activity and I wanted a more neutral meaning.
