Seems like several of our friends are also in the process of serious decrufting. We've been thinking about doing a yard sale with our outcruft (at least the reusable items) to benefit charity. Thoughts?

Everyone can price their own products and maintain their own cash buckets even, if they wanted and then everyone could do with their own profits what they wished if everyone weren't willing/able to make donations out of all of it.
We had a handful of young kids along at ours, and I set up a lemonade stand and the kids were in charge of that...which kept the kids occupied and helped draw in more foot traffic. Seriously, who can resist kids with a lemonade stand?
