We are so totally living in the future

This is happening right now.
Bodyform (http://www.bodyform.co.uk/) is a UK-based company that makes "feminine hygiene products". They have a Facebook page, which had at the start of this about 4000 'fans' or friends or whatever metric FB is using for popularity these days.
Then, a man (or at least a FB account) with the name Richard Neill posted this comment: https://www.facebook.com/Bodyform/posts/10151186887359324
The comment went viral, hitting 40k likes and being reposted by other people. As I re-checked just now it's approaching 85,000 "likes". Both the Likes and Mr Neill appear to be genuine, so far as anyone can tell to this point.
Rather than respond in kind, Bodyforms posted this to YouTube this morning:

Warning, do NOT be drinking anything while you watch that. Also, stay out of the comments cesspit (but you knew that).
This is not just not my parents' customer-company feedback, it's not even mine. This is my kids' generation, unfolding in real time before us.
ETA: AdWeek appears to be treating the exchange as genuine
