My back 'H's

Sorry, couldn't resist that.
taura_g gave me the letter 'h' for the latest meme round. Comment if you want your own letter.
Something I hate: hubris. This is funny coming from someone as arrogant as I can be, but what can I say, last night's Bill Nye vs Ken Ham is on my mind. The attitude of "Well, my book says X so screw any evidence to the contrary" struck me as hubris writ large.
Something I love: I can't decide between Holly (our dog) and "her", with a metaphysical finger pointed in the correct directions. Having this dog in our family has been a great boon to our lives, my moods, etc. But I don't think anything could top the two ladies in my life.
Somewhere I have been: a close choice between Hawai'i and Holland. I love both places, though for very different reasons, and would be happy to go back to either whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Somewhere I would like to go: Having used up both of my favorite 'h' places in the previous answer this is a little harder. I suppose I'll pick "Heathrow" as I have a possibly UK trip on my mind these days.
Someone I know: Heather was the first thing to pop into my mind. Ex-gf, and the person who performed the wedding ceremony for myself and Pygment. We've lost touch over the years, which is kind of sad.
Best Movie: I kind of struggled with this one. Maybe "Hidden Fortress", Kurosawa's 1958 flick that is said to have inspired many US films, probably most famously the original Star Wars. On reflection I could also go with "Heat" - the Pacino/De Niro heist drama that featured both of them at their peak as well as a stellar performance from Val Kilmer.
