Sep. 24th, 2014 04:23 pmStop calling people "resources". Yes, I get that it's common business jargon, but it's rude and confusing. People are not like "desks" or "minutes". You can't just swap them around like cogs, and businesses that behave that way are loathsome. So, stop doing that.
