Am I the only of my f-list who uses "fuck all the way off" as a more emphatic version of "fuck off"?

(Yes, I realize there are lots of other ways to be emphatic but I'm curious about this one. I don't think I invented this one but I can't track down where it's from. ETA: I can find a decent number of Web hits even with safe search on but none of them help me figure out where it's from.)

I've never told an actual person to "fuck off," and even with inanimate objects, it's not a phrase I tend to use. Like many hard-of-hearing people, I'm counter-intuitively sensitive to noise, so I'll often tell the kitchen timer to "shut the fuck up" when it's beeping and I have my hands full (and I SO want a timer that will accept my verbal "shut the fuck up" as a signal to turn off). Given that I don't say "fuck off," I also don't say "fuck all the way off." But it does sound like a logical extension of the idiom. ;-)

My cursory Google searching suggests this may have been actual first-use. Certainly, I was able to find nothing with that phrase *and* a definitive earlier date attached.

Ah I can totally believe it was something I picked up from Wil Wheaton via one of his videos or something.

Of course I use the phrase, but I also haven't examined where I picked it up. It seems to me to be a natural intensifier. But you know: it's what we do.
