Or do other people have "Jet Lag Week" for the week after "Time Warp Sunday"?

This post courtesy of being awake at 5AM.

AGAIN.

Well this time I was in Vegas, 3 hrs back, and stayed up all night that night, so it ends up working out now that I'm east coast.

Well, my circadian rhythm seems to be tied to sunrise, so give my current schedule, the week before was my "Jet Lag Week", whereas now my wake and work schedules are more or less in sync.

Studies show that you're not alone; changing one's sleep-wake schedule is difficult, and there are more car accidents right after the time changes than in the week before.

Some people find that taking melatonin half an hour before bedtime helps them to fall asleep earlier; getting significant amounts of aerobic exercise during the day helps, too.

I have FINALLY been able to sleep AS LATE AS 5:00 am for the past day or two.

Historically this has not been an issue for me, but this week it is for some reason.

I flew into Tokyo on Sunday, so my jet lag week has a more obvious source. On the nice side, my jetlagged wakefulness at sunrise yesterday yielded this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/meadmaker/22814059815/in/dateposted-public/lightbox/
