Last week I mentioned how much Parliament (and then P-Funk) had meant to my malleable child brain-self. Today via David Byrne comes word that Bernie Worrell is not doing well, health-wise, and needs help to pay his medical bills. Byrne organized a tribute concert (how did I not manage to go to this? OMG the line-up!) and he's selling a remixed track he created for pay-what-you-want price (suggested donation is USD 10).
