A quiz? Why not...

How thick is your bubble?
I scored 35 but it almost feels like cheating because some of them are technicalities. Twice I've worked in offices at buildings that contained factories; my job was not on the factory floor but I went out on the floor once or twice a day and socialized with people who had factory-floor jobs.
I've participated in parades other than Pride, but not for a long time and probably not in a non-bubble sense. I took a bus to NYC relatively recently but by preference I drive or take the train.
And I've lived in West Philly and other neighborhoods that contained majority non-college adults but also a huge population of students attending nearby colleges.
The fact that one of the few online quizzes I'm willing to do comes from PBS says a lot about my bubble, I think.

He's a first generation upper middle class person with working class/working poor parent. Class jumping has helped broaden his bubble.

On the other hand, here's a bit of pushback I've recently encountered regarding the coastal-elite-bubble idea:

When I was a kid I marched in NYC's Salute to Israel Parade, and while on kibbutzim in Israel I worked shifts on factory floors (plastic products and apple sorting). So even my parade and factory experiences were not typical of lower-middle class Americans.
