It so much looks like they've captured the essence of it. I infer that they've ditched the original idea of rotating Number Two, which makes me wonder if they're even going to address the "Who is Number One?" question. But it does look like they've got at least the right flavor here...

JMS spoke not long ago at MIT and mentioned again how influential the original series was in how he started thinking about the possibility of what a TV series could be.
